I decided to finally get braces at 29 years old. I visited about 7 different orthodontists around central Florida to get a consultation. 6 of those consultations were mediocre or extremely expensive, and the last one I went to was innovative orthodontics. After seeing them, I knew I could stop looking. They were beyond impressive. They had the newest technology, the smartest and nicest staff, and the best prices by far. Some of the other orthodontists I went to said that my teeth would never be straight unless I removed a tooth, but these people were confident and reassuring, and they knew they could give me straight teeth without removing any. Having braces was never going to be loads of fun, but I can’t imagine a better orthodontic experience than I had at innovative orthodontics. The staff is so nice, and gentle, and clear about what they’re doing, and they made this experience as good as it can be, which wasn’t bad at all. I avoided smiling for most of my life, but thanks to this place, now I smile everyday. In public! I finally like being in pictures. My life is so much better now. It was worth every penny. Thank you!

My experience with Dr. Sejal Karmat was beyond five stars. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Her staff will always look for the way to work with you and your schedule. I got braces there and I’m really happy with the outcome. They won’t rest until you’re completely satisfied with your results. When my husband had a dental procedure done with Dr. Amid Karmat, they called home to make sure he made it home ok and kept a continuous line of communication to check on his recovery. I recommend this practice a 100%.

My daughter got her top braces on the end of May and so far we are very happy with the attentive care she has received. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming and Dr. Kamat answered our question via email promptly and got her in the same day for a bracket issue. I like that they didn’t put tops and bottoms on all at once. Doing it a few months apart gives her time to get used to them and to make sure she is taking good care of her teeth while they are on. Definitely recommend this office and Dr. Kamat.
First let me say I’m not a fan of Dentists, that being said I love this family oriented office and they provided great services. I chipped my tooth and when I called they gave me a same day appointment! They treated me with patience, kindness and understanding. I wasn’t rushed or felt pressured. I happened upon this office in a search for information and pricing about braces. I decided to make the appointment for a consultation and told myself that if I felt comfortable when I walked in and the services were affordable, I would most definitely choose this facility. I walked in nervous and walked out with braces. The staff is amazing. They had no problem at all staying late to get me started on this journey and called the next day to make sure I was doing alright. Xiomara was friendly and understanding. Dr. Kamat was fabulous. They made me feel like family instead of just another patient. The personal touch is just what is needed when you are deciding to make some life altering changes later in life.

We had a very positive experience with Dr Amit Kamat and his staff. Everyone was friendly and made our visit pleasant. The office is very comfortable and attractive. We had received several treatment plans for my Husband problems with his lower dentures. Every Dentist agreed that the denture needed to be replaced with an Implant Supported Denture but the cost was so high that we couldn’t afford it on our fixed income. Dr Kamat was able to offer us a plan that we could afford. But what impressed us more is his caring attitude and wanting to be sure that we were satisfied at each visit. My husband is very pleased with his Implant supported denture and the care that he received from the entire staff. We highly recommend this Dentist and Office for any procedure that you might need.

I truely WOULD recommend ANY one to get there braces here. Dr Segal is awesome she goes above and beyond to provide great customer service along with her staff. Always a warm welcoming feeling. My Daughter sierra and I have heard horror stories about how when braces are tightened they are so painful she might not be able to talk or eat, but my sierra has experienced neither. And the progress from what her teeth looked like to what they are 6 months later are amazing. Her teeth where over lapping and she had two gaps and now her teeth are straight just waiting for the gaps to close.

Last year I needed major dental reconstruction after years of neglect. I am very pleased with the changes of the appearance and functionality of my mouth. I’ve had several bad dental experiences in the past but would recommend Dr. Kamat to anyone who wants a quality job done right with excellent results.
Dr’s Sejal & Amit are outstanding. We moved to the Oviedo area from Lake Mary and had maintained our current dental and ortho relationships in Lake Mary & Winter Park. Unsatisfied with a lack of personal touches we tried Dr Sejal for an ortho consult and it was just night and day. She is a very caring doctor that connects with each patient. We have a daughter in competitive dance and when she couldnt make an ortho adjustment I received a call from Dr Sejal letting me know she was running errands but if we meet her at the office she would open up so my daughter didnt fall behind due to her travel schedule. Thats just one of many examples. We have now moved all but one (out of 8 of us) to her and her husbands care. As soon as his ortho agreement ends at the other Dr we will move him there as well for regular care. Simply outstanding, and great members of the community. Kids actually ASK when their appts are. Hope they continue to grow!

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience. I recently got the clear braces, and I have to say, everyone keeps telling me they can barely see them and they look so much better than the traditional looking braces. I definitely made the right choice coming to this office. Dr. Kamat and Janet are knowledgable and were willing to answer all of my questions. The procedure was easy and before I knew it, I was wearing braces. They also give you a take home goodie bag that I felt was very useful towards the maintenance of my teeth and braces. I am very satisfied with my braces and the customer service at this office. They even called me a couple days after the procedure to see how I was doing. The price for my braces were also very reasonable, especially compared to what my boyfriend said he got his for. I’m also so happy they had a payment plan option available which is great for someone like me who is a student, works full time and has no dental insurance. Can’t wait for my next appointment to see the progress of my teeth!

From the first call to set up the appointment with Mandy their receptionist, to arriving at their clean, modern, and beautiful clinic, and finally to the pain free extraction of a cracked tooth by Dr. Amit Kamat…it was the best dental experience I have had in 60 years! She was very scared to have braces done at first but Dr. Sejal Kamat and Don explained and made sure she understood that the procedure doesn’t hurt. When we found out we were in the market for braces for our daughter, we started researching orthodontic offices. I was first drawn to Innovative Dental because it was nearby our home and it was a new practice. All it took was walking through the front door to know that we had made the right decision. Dr. Kamat is fantastic. She is kind and caring and truly concerned about her patients. She wants a successful and beautiful end result but she cares about the patient along the way. She has made herself available a couple of times when we had an issue with the fit of the braces and she has called to follow up afterwards. She truly is top-notch. The other thing that we like is her extended hours. We are able to get in to see her without having to miss school each month. That was a huge selling point for us. Overall we are very happy with Dr. Kamat and Innovative Dental and Orthodontics.

I found Innovative Dental on google. Automatically gave in a made the call. Set up the consultation and went in nervous. After speaking with Dr. Amit and his team they go my background as to what happened to my teeth. So that showed they had a interest in my background in which they used to bring my smile back. March 2nd was go time, I received a called from his team asking if I was nervous of course I was.When the time came around for me to go in for the procedure, he made me feel super comfortable, the whole thing took three hours, I was awake and just numb to the point I didn’t feel a thing. I’m 31, young guy and the lost of confidence really affected me. I’m five days in and love the work they did, I get so many compliments. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Innovative Dental to any and everyone.

Exceptional service! From the minute I walked through the doors the front office staff was welcoming. Everyone did a wonderful job explaining the dental work I needed to get done and were accomodating to my children and schedule. Dr. Amit was very thorough in explaining my oral surgery and made me very comfortable through the process. I have experienced minimal pain from the procedure and I was terrified it would be worse. I really enjoyed my experience at Innovative dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming. The office is beautiful in the decor, very clean, and well equipped. The dentists talked me through every step that they were doing. I had X-rays performed, a teeth cleaning and filling placed. They did a thorough job and were very honest as to what I did and did not need. The previous dentists I’ve been to, I felt like I would have unnecessary work done. However, here they were very honest and patient with me and answered every one of my questions. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!!

Dr. Kamat has been hands down the most professional, kindest, and honest orthodontist I have encountered. We received several estimates from other doctors and after meeting with Dr. Kamat we decided to go with her. She oversaw and treated both of my children for braces. One of my children had their braces removed a few weeks ago. When I saw him smile for the first time since having the braces removed, I was blown away by how beautiful his teeth were. She did an amazing job. Dr. Kamat and her staff are always courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend that anyone needing braces go see her. This has been a great experience and I can’t wait to my other child’s teeth when the braces come off.
Best “Bedside Manner” that I have ever experienced. Dr. Kamat has patience and always asks how you are doing with genuine concern. I have always been terrorized about getting dental work and with a broken tooth which requires an implant, bone graft and a lot more to come, I feel that I chose a competent and caring Prosthodontist in Dr. Kamat. Danielle is also excellent and their office makes you feel so comfortable. Well worth the trip from Lake Mary to get that kind of care.

Dr. Amit even called me on a Sunday to make sure I was doing ok after a tooth extraction! I was so impressed by every visit. I cancelled my dentist appt in Va. as I am definitely using this office for all future visits!
Warm down to earth dentist. Very caring and pay attention to every detail. One of a kind experience. From the moment I am walked in I felt comfortable and relaxed, from the receptionist all the to my dentist. The staff are very funny, warm and professional and polite. They have a client for life and my family and friends too.
Hello, my name is Darryl. Dr. Kamat is great, his bedside manner is outstanding, he explains everything and makes sure you completely understand, and if you have any questions he answers them. He makes sure you can contact him any time if you have any issues. He also has a since of humor which is important these days. They will work with you in every way, including the financial part. You get the feeling Dr. Kamat wants you to be ok first, and worry about the money later. And this goes for his staff as well they are great, they are always asking if your ok and if there is anything they can do to make sure your comfortable. Dr. Kamat and his staff follows up with every time they say they will or need to. That’s important because it adds a personal touch, not found in a lot of businesses these days. Need dental work, go see Dr. Kamat and his staff, you will be happy in you choice.

Overall fantastic experience at this orthodontist office. Dr. Sejal is amazing at what she does with your smile. When I came into her office I was just curious on my overbite and some gaps on my lower teeth. I had previously wore braces when I was a child for about 4 years, and failed to wear my retainer. My dentist did not think that my overbite would be able to be fixed due to my age. Dr. Sejal had great hope that she could fix it, and she did. My teeth look amazing!!!!!! In just over 18 months we were able to close my overbite and straighten my teeth. Office staff are amazing and they are always able to accommodate patients on their schedule. I have searched for many years for a great dentist. This office is amazing, the entire staff is friendly and professional. They are very detailed in your teeth cleaning. Also 1 stop for dental and orthodontist needs very convenient for a busy schedule. I have recommend this practice to anyone who is looking or not looking for a dentist or orthodontist.
This Dentist Office opened up a few months ago and since they are down the street from my house I decide to give them try. Let’s just say BEST decision EVER!! The staff are so sweet from the minute you walk in. I love both the Doctors there. They are husband and wife and they are the absolute sweetest. When you first go in you don’t have to fill out pounds of paperwork. They are up to date with technology so you are given iPad to provide them with only the important stuff. Both Doctors are very detailed about any work you are about to get done. You can tell they are both so genuine and it’s all about your “healthy teeth” not the money or what Insurance you have. My girls were never big fans of the “Dentist” and now any little thing that goes wrong they want us to call Dr. Kamat. LOL! My girls love their whole staff. We actually a mini emergency, with my youngest and I called and they were able to fit us in on the same day. THANK YOU AGAIN! If you are looking for a GOOD dentist this is your spot. You won’t regret it!! It’s hard now in days to find a really good Dentist that are not just trying to take your money. I am so happy we finally did. Also, their office (and bathrooms) are always so nice and clean.
I absolutely loved my visit here, the staff is very friendly and helpful!I had never entered this dental & orthodontics office prior to this week. I had an unfortunate mishap where my husky ATE my retainer. Anyone who has had braces and knows how much time & money goes into the process can surely understand how stressful this can be. I was in tears when I found what was left of my retainer. Absolutely freaking out because I know how fast my teeth move and I did not want my work to be ruined. I called my regular dentist and they had no appointments available for that day, fortunately when I called Innovative Dental & Orthodontics they were able to schedule an appointment just minutes away! I was relieved. My appointment went smoothly and the staff was very helpful and personable. Overall what was a stressful situation was no longer; Innovative provided me with a quick solution to my problem!

First let me say I’m not a fan of Dentists, that being said I love this family oriented office and they provided great services. I chipped my tooth and called and got a Same day appointment! They treated me with patience, kindness and understanding. I wasn’t rushed or felt pressured. I’ll definitely be back and will continue to bring my family here!

If you or your child needs braces, I highly recommend going here. Dr. Sejal Kamat is a perfectionist and very professional. We drive all the way from Maitland for her services. The staff members and assistants are well trained and makes my daughter very comfortable as well. I also love how clean and organized her practice is. My daughter’s teeth are looking great and we can’t wait to see the final results.

While I wasn’t happy about having to get braces again in my 30s, Dr. Sejal and Ashley have made the experience amazing thus far. My daughter got her top braces on the end of May and so far we are very happy with the attentive care she has received. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming and Dr. Kamat answered our question via email promptly and got her in the same day for a bracket issue. I like that they didn’t put tops and bottoms on all at once. Doing it a few months apart gives her time to get used to them and to make sure she is taking good care of her teeth while they are on. Definitely recommend this office and Dr. Kamat.

My son started off with Dr. Sejal for his braces when she was with a different practice. When she and her husband, Dr. Amit opened their practice, we wholeheartedly followed! On a scale of 1-5 I would rate the team here as a 6+. I just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Sjal Kamat and I have been extremely pleased with the results and the exceptional service! They have been very accommodating to my schedule and are always very thorough in making sure I receive the very best service. I drive 30+ minutes for each visit, even though there are much closer practices, because I trust Dr. Kamat and her team. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for orthodontic treatment or a general dentist.
