Thank you for your service. We are honored to support Veterans by participating in the VA Community Care Network (CCN) so you can receive high-quality dental care close to home. Eligible Veterans may be able to choose us for their dental treatment under the VA community care program once referred and authorized by the VA.

How VA Community Care Dental Works

At Innovative Dental & Orthodontics, we partner with the VA’s Community Care Network (CCN), which connects eligible Veterans with trusted local dental providers when care through a VA facility isn’t readily available. Here’s how to get started:

Before community dental care can begin, you must be enrolled in or eligible for VA health care and receive authorization from your VA health care team.

Ask your VA clinic to select Innovative Dental & Orthodontics as your preferred dental provider in the Community Care Network. Provide our office details exactly as listed below so the referral can be sent to our team.

Once the VA approves your referral, they’ll send an authorization to our office. After we confirm receipt, we’ll contact you to schedule your dental appointment.

What This Means for You

When referred through the VA Community Care Network:

If you don’t qualify for VA community care dental benefits, we’re still proud to serve Veterans with a special discount on services — just ask our team for
