A Smarter Way to a New Smile
Most full-arch treatment starts with the jaw and works up to the teeth. We do it the other way around.
Using the GuidedSMILE protocol, we design your new smile before any surgery is scheduled. We take a 3D scan of your jaw, a digital scan of your mouth, and photographs of your face, and bring them together to design where your new teeth should sit, how they should look, and how they should meet when you bite. Only once that is settled do we plan where the implants need to go to support them.
That planning is what makes the surgery itself efficient. Because every position is decided in advance, the procedure is quicker, more precise, and more comfortable than it would be otherwise. The surgery itself takes two to four hours, and most patients leave that same appointment with a fixed set of teeth that looks natural and works right away.
The GuidedSMILE Process
1. Digital Records
We capture an intraoral scan, a CBCT 3D scan of your bone and jaws, and photos to design a natural smile.
2. Advanced Planning
Your records go into RealGUIDE, where we design your new teeth within the frame of your face, confirm there is room to build them properly, and only then decide where each implant needs to go.
3. Custom Surgical Guide
A custom GuidedSMILE surgical guide is designed and 3D-printed in our office, typically ready in 3–5 days.
4. Day of Surgery
The guide places your implants precisely where they were designed to go. In 2-4 hours, you leave with a fixed set of teeth, secured to the implants, that you can eat and speak with right away.
5. Healing & Final Restoration
After 3–4 months of healing, the initial prosthesis is replaced with a LocatorFIXED or traditional full-arch prosthesis.
